Jen at Tatertots and Jello made the cutest Valentine's wreath from cupcake liners that has inspired all of blog-dom, the least of which, being ME! I made a Valentine's one, (I SHOULDA made a St. Patty's one) and now I've made an Easter one! She gives a great tutorial on her site, so I won't bore you with another one. But I did add a little chicky from this pack at World Market:
